Our catering minimum is $250. For smaller orders, check out our regular menu for pickup.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?expand_more

Yes, we have gluten-free and vegetarian side options available upon request. Please note that all our meats are smoked in the same pit, so severe allergy guarantees cannot be made.

We proudly serve the Greater Pacific Northwest area, primarily focusing on the corridors around Portland and Seattle. Travel fees apply based on mileage from our nearest pit.
